Ground Floor

Entering the Villa from the main entrance, your sight goes all the way through the door, the living room and reaches the pool terrace and eventually the sea and sky, giving you the perfect welcome on this holiday oasis. The open plan area on the ground floor is consisted of the living room, a WC and the kitchen. The seating area includes cozy sofas, a 55’’ smart TV, a fireplace and an indoor dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday, all built-in and of high quality, as well as a breakfast counter. The first bedroom is also located on this level.

The bedroom features two 0.90cm x 2.00m bed, a large desk that can be used for your working corner. An extra bed (single) can also be placed here. By the bedroom entrance, there is an attached bathroom with shower cabin.

First Floor

The first floor is home to the remaining 3 bedrooms with private balconies offering unobstructed views of the endless blue of the Cretan Sea, the White Mountains, the sky and the horizon, as well as the surrounding area.

– Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with 1,80cm x 2,00m bed, 32″ smart TV, spacious wardrobe. Private balcony with stunning sea view compliments the room! This bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with hydro massage Jacuzzi bath.

– Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with 1, 80cm x 2, 00m bed, 43″ smart TV, endless sea view, spacious wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.

– Bedroom 4: Bedroom with two single beds 0, 90 x 2,00 beds, with space for an additional pull-out single bed, magnificent sea view, 32’’ smart TV , full body mirror and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.

All bedrooms have individually controlled A/C and mattress toppers. Bathroom amenities, towels for both the bathroom and the pool, bathrobes and slippers are also provided to all guests.

Lower Floor

Sauna room, gym equipment, large wall mounted plasma TV, shower room.

An additional room here is the fully equipped laundry room.

To access to the top, main and lower floor, guests can use either the staircase or the elevator.

Royal Bird Villa stands on a private land and its high end outdoor area offers ample opportunity for you to enjoy the complete privacy that your stay in the villa ensures and allows guests of all ages to come together and connect. Additionally, the dining and lounging areas under the shade of the pergola, picture the perfect spot for al fresco dining with your loved ones. – Private gated gardens and parking space, equipped with charger for electric cars. – The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
